September 2021 Billing Cycle Conversion

As part of our upcoming billing system upgrade, we are consolidating bill cycles in September. Based on your current billing date and your new billing date, the partial month section of your September invoice will show either:

• charges for one to four additional days of service
• credit for one or two days of service

The chart below outlines the changes, the dates your September invoice will cover – including any partial month charges or credits, and your new due date.
