backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
Remove any physical SIM card you have in your device.
Refer to your phone documentation to locate the SIM slot.
PRO TIP: Remove your SIM card while seated at a flat, uncluttered table. This will prevent the SIM card from getting lost or damaged.
