Log in to your online Credo account.

Need image of the larger card that has the SIM card number on it.
Backup any voicemails that you want saved before upgrading the network. Any voicemails not backed up before upgrading the network will be lost.
For your upgrade you’re going to need your phone’s IMEI number, and the number of your new 5G SIM card.
Need image of the larger card with the ICCID number.
Login to your online Credo Account.
Refer to your phone documentation to locate the SIM slot.
PRO TIP: You should replace your SIM card while seated at a flat, uncluttered table. This will prevent the SIM card from getting lost or damaged.
