Complete your upgrade via eSIM
Mobile phones can have a physical SIM card (pictured right), or a virtual eSIM card, or both.
eSIM is easy, completes in minutes and you don’t have to get a new physical SIM card in the mail. Most devices support eSIM.
We recommend you complete the network upgrade via eSIM. and if your device is not compatible there will be a popup that notifies you.
This isn’t a problem, you can upgrade with a physical SIM card.
