Swift integration efforts enabled Lingo to exceed its 2019 annualized synergy goal

ATLANTA, December 31, 2019 – Lingo Communications, LLC., (“Lingo”) a leading global Cloud/UC communications and managed service provider dedicated to serving the SMB, Carrier and Consumer markets, announced today that it exceeded, on a pro-rata basis, its previously established annual synergy goal for 2019.

Lingo established its full-year 2019 annual synergy goal of $8.7 million following the Impact Telecom and Fusion Connect acquisitions that were both closed in early 2019. Once that goal was established, the combined company acted swiftly to begin to integrate all aspects of the business into one efficient, seamless enterprise.

These integration efforts have paid off and as of December 31, 2019 Lingo exceeded the 2019 synergy goal of $8.7 million by 29% to achieve a total of $11.2 million in annualized synergies.

Highlights:

  • January 2019 Annual Synergy Goal Established – Lingo established its annual synergy goal of $8.7M for the full-year 2019
  • June 2019 Achievement – At mid-year, Lingo had achieved $7.0 million in annual synergies as of June 30, 2019 (Q2 ’19) which is 81% of the annual goal.
  • Dec 2019 Achievement – At year-end, Lingo achieved a final tally of $11.2 million in annual synergies as of December 31, 2019 (Q4 ’19) which is 129% of the annual goal.
