Strong sales bookings including Cloud/UC and Managed Services set a new sales record.

ATLANTA, September 30, 2019 – Lingo Communications, LLC. (“Lingo”), a leading global Cloud/UC communications and managed service provider dedicated to serving the SMB, Carrier and Consumer markets, announced today the results of its third-quarter 2019 sales bookings, which was the best three-month period in the company’s history.

Lingo’s three efficient sales channels (Inbound, Outbound and Partner channels) collectively achieved an overall sales booking increase of 48% compared to the sales results from the second quarter of 2019 and a 90% increase compared to the sales results from the first quarter of 2019.

The growth included more sales bookings of Cloud/UC, Managed Services, Wireless and Carrier services as well as the retention of Lingo’s largest SMB customer. In addition, the sales pipeline of unsold revenue expanded by 10x compared to the second quarter of 2019 to end the third quarter at a record $2.6 million of the total contract value.

The Carrier segment drove success through contracting and interconnecting with twenty new or renewed domestic and international Carrier partners. These partnerships not only drove additional top and bottom-line growth but also allowed the Carrier segment to further expand its mature product offerings.

In addition, our Carrier segment management has actively participated in four industry tradeshow events including PTC and ITW through the third quarter. The Carrier team intends to carry this momentum into the fourth quarter with participation in the SOMOS Toll-Free User Summit, Capacity Europe and INCOMPAS.
