Lingo® Announces Closing of Sales Agreement to Acquire Select Customers from Momentum Telecom
Adds to Lingo platform focused on SMB, Carrier & Consumer markets
ATLANTA, January 31, 2019 – Lingo Communications, LLC (“Lingo”), a leading global cloud and managed service provider dedicated to serving the SMB, Carrier and Consumer markets, announced today that on January 4, 2019 it closed a Sales Agreement to acquire non-core landline SMB and Consumer customers from Momentum Telecom, Inc. (“Momentum”).
- Lingo acquired non-core landline SMB and Consumer customers from Momentum via a Sales Agreement that was implemented in the month of December 2018 and closed on January 4, 2019.
- Lingo will enjoy additional opportunities as it cross-sells and up-sells these customers with its comprehensive suite of SMB and Consumer services.
