*Talk 365 has an annual fee of $195 paid at the time of sign up. Other charges including the emergency services fee, regulatory recovery fee, usage, taxes on usage, fees for additional phone numbers, and service fees will be billed monthly and paid automatically via the customer's credit card. Customer must keep a valid credit card on file for monthly charges. After the 12-month subscription period, the annual plan will automatically renew for another year at the current rate of renewal, currently $195 per year.

If customer cancels within the first 30 days, the $195 subscription fee, USF, state and local taxes on the subscription fee, and the $29.95 activation fee will be refunded to the customer's credit card if the box is returned in good condition within 14 days. All shipping charges, fees for additional phone numbers, and any accrued usage and taxes on usage are non-refundable. Between 31 and 362 days, full unused months plus taxes are refundable. All shipping charges, fees for additional phone numbers, and any accrued usage and taxes on usage are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of $99.95 will be charged to the customer's credit card. If the customer cancels after the one year of service, there are no refundable charges, and cancellation fees shall not be charged to the customer's account. All shipping charges, fees for additional phone numbers, and any accrued usage and taxes on usage are non-refundable. If the customer cancels after renewing for an additional year, the unused portion of the subscription fee, including taxes on the subscription fee will be refunded to the customer's credit card. All shipping charges, fees for additional phone numbers, or any accrued usage and taxes on usage are non-refundable. Subsequent terms of this Agreement automatically renew on an annual basis without further action by the customer unless the customer gives Lingo notice of non-renewal at least ten [10] days prior to the end of the subscription year.

$14.95 US shipping fee, international shipping is currently not available
$99.95 if you choose to cancel after the 30 day money back guarantee and before 1 year
