	$4.95 per month for a toll free number; 100 minutes of incoming calls included
	$10.00 per month for International numbers
	500 outgoing fax minutes include U.S. and Canada. After the 500 minutes are exceeded, U.S. and Canada rate per minute is $.03 and all international rates per minute are outlined in the international rate table to the left
	$9.95 U.S. shipping fee. International shipping is currently not available
	$5.00 per month for Canada phone numbers
	$39.95 if you choose to cancel after the 30 day money back guarantee and before 1 year.

*US calling includes AK, HI, PR, USVI and phone calls to cellular phones.

The customer may change their subscription plan to any available service option at any time. Any service change or cancellation fees may apply.
