Which Blackberry® device models can I use with Lingo Mobile?
Any BlackBerry® device running on Operating System (OS) version 4.2 or higher can be used with Lingo Mobile. To find out which OS version you're running on your device, go to Options → About.

What do I do when I am prompted to adjust my Permissions during the Lingo Mobile installation process?
When you begin the download of the Lingo Mobile App, you may be prompted to adjust your Permissions. Choose yes; then press the Back Button to accept and finalize the installation.

Can I install the Lingo Mobile App using the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager on my computer?
Lingo does not recommend installing the Lingo Mobile App using the BlackBerry® Desktop Manager on your computer.

Where can I find the Lingo Mobile App on my Blackberry® device?
It may be found in a few different locations depending on your device and OS version. Most of the time, it can be found in the Main Applications area. If not, it may also be found in the Applications or Downloads Folder.

How do I temporarily disable the Lingo Mobile App?
Click on the Lingo Mobile App icon → click on Options → Select Dialer Settings and uncheck "Enable Call Routing"

How do I uninstall the Lingo Mobile App?
With the Lingo Mobile App icon highlighted, press the Options key and choose "Delete". Accept the prompts and the device will reboot to remove the Lingo Mobile App.
