How do I change my credit card information?
You can change your credit card information using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Edit Profile menu on the left side of your account management homepage
  2. Find the section labeled Account Information and click Edit
  3. Change your credit card information
  4. Click Update to apply and save your changes

How do I review my bill and call history?
You can review your past bills and current calls/call history using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account:

Review bill/invoice history:

  1. Click the View My Invoices menu on the left side of your account management homepage.
  2. You will see summaries of your previous bills. You can also click on an invoice number to view the bill and calling details for that time period.
Review current calls/call history:
  1. Click the My Plan menu on the left side of your account management homepage.
  2. Click the Current Calls item.
  3. Review the list of your most recent incoming and outgoing calls. You can also review call histories from past invoices by following the Review Bill History directions above.

How do I ensure that I receive emails from Lingo?
To ensure that the emails you receive from Lingo do not go to your Spam or Junk folder, please set up your spam filter to receive emails from the Lingo.com domain.

How do I change my e-mail address?
You can change the e-mail address associated with your Lingo account using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Edit Profile menu found on your account management homepage
  2. Find the section labeled Account Information and click Edit
  3. Change your e-mail address information
  4. Click Update to apply and save your changes
Note: Remember to setup your spam filter to accept e-mail from the Lingo.com domain to ensure you receive important information about your Lingo service.

How do I change my Emergency Calling Service address?
You can change your emergency calling address using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Edit Profile menu found on your account management homepage
  2. Scroll down to the section labeled 911 Address and click Edit
  3. Change your address information
  4. Click Update to apply and save your settings
Note: When you make changes to your Emergency Calling Service address it takes up to three business days for the change to take effect. You will not be able to edit your Emergency Calling Address until the change is complete.

How do I activate call forwarding?
You can set your Lingo number to forward your calls all the time, when you’re already on the phone, when there’s no answer or based on day, time and who’s calling.

You can set up Call Forwarding using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Manage Lingo Features menu on the left side of your account management homepage.
  2. A new window will pop-up. Select the Incoming Calls menu found on the left side of the new window.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions for the Call Forwarding option you wish to enable.

How do I activate distinctive ring?
If you have two Universal Phone Numbers on your Lingo line, distinctive ring lets you know which number the caller dialed.

You can activate Distinctive Ring using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Manage Lingo Features menu found in your account management homepage.
  2. A new window will pop-up. Select the Incoming Calls menu found on the left side of the new window.
  3. Click on Distinctive Ring from the Advanced Features column and follow the on-screen instructions

How do I activate simultaneous ring?
If you use simultaneous ring, your Lingo calls will ring to multiple numbers, such as your mobile or office phone, at the same time. Whichever number picks up first gets the call.

You can activate Simultaneous Ring using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click the Manage Features menu found in your account management homepage.
  2. A new window will pop-up. Select the Incoming Calls menu found on the left side of the new window.
  3. Click on Simultaneous Ring from the Advanced Features column and follow the on-screen instructions

How do I change my voicemail greeting?
You can change your Voicemail Greeting using a touchtone phone, following the instructions below.

Dialing from your Lingo phone:

  1. Dial [1111] to access your voice portal
  2. Enter your personal [passcode] followed by [#]
  3. Press [3] for the No Answer greeting menu
  4. Press [1] to record a new No Answer greeting, [2] to listen to current No Answer greeting, or [3] to revert to the default No Answer greeting
Dialing from a phone other than your Lingo phone:
  1. Dial your [Lingo phone number]
  2. When you hear your voicemail greeting, press [*]
  3. Follow steps 3 and 4 above to change your No Answer greeting

How do I send my voicemail to my e-mail?
You can have your complete voice messages or just a notification sent to your e-mail account.

You can activate Voicemail to E-Mail using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click on the Manage Lingo Features menu found in your account management homepage.
  2. A new window will pop-up. Select the Voicemail menu found on the left side of the new window.
  3. Click on Voicemail to E-Mail and follow the on-screen instructions

How do I add a Universal Phone Number?
You can add a Universal Phone Number using the Lingo online account management system. Login to your Lingo online account and:

  1. Click on the My Plan menu on the left side of your account management homepage
  2. Select the Universal Number item
  3. Click on Add a Number and follow the on-screen instructions
Note: Additional Universal Numbers have an additional monthly fee. You will be charged $4.95 per month for each additional US number, $5.00 per month for any Canadian number and $10.00 per month for all other international phone numbers.
